In accordance with the rules introduced by the FIS)there will be a ban on the use of fluorine in ski waxes during the 49th Bieg Piastów. Please comply with this prohibition. The FIS has introduced a ban on the use of ski waxes containing fluorine due to their harmful health and environmental impact. During our competitions, tests may be carried out to detect the presence of fluoride on competitors' skis both before and after the start. Detection of fluoride on skis may result in penalties, including disqualification.
