THE END OF THE CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING SEASON
We were hoping for more snow than forecast this weekend, but it didn't happen. The frost holds, but there is still very little snow. Not enough for a groomer. If you want, you can still go skiing where there are longer stretches covered with snow - on Samolot, part of the Dolny Dukt, the track to Kopalnia. Forecasts show that in the highest places on our routes, snow will remain until Easter.

The end of the season at the Jakuszyce Cross-country Ski Center means that rescuers are finishing their service in Jakuszyce. We would like to thank Edyta and Maciek for another season together, full availability and effective help in many situations.
Thank you for numerous visits to cross-country skiing, all meetings, conversations and comments. We groomed for the first time this season on December 16th. Due to the lack of snow, it was not possible to maintain the tracks without interruption. It wasn't the best season, but fortunately, the white gold made us happy before and during Bieg Piastów, as well as after it ended, which allowed us to enjoy cross-country skiing until spring.
We would like to thank all Sponsors and Partners who support our work and without whom maintaining cross-country skiing tracks would not be possible. Our tracks are in the Szklarska Poręba Forestry Inspectorate - thank you for the opportunity to groom and organize the competition!
The end of the cross-country skiing season means that we will no longer inform you about the conditions on the tracks and the weather every morning. Thank you very much for your participation in creating of BP on facebook profile, for all current photos from the tracks, information, comments and reports. Thanks to the fact that the Bieg Piastów profile is created by the Bieg Piastów community, everyone who looked here could obtain fresh, practical information on skiing conditions. Many thanks for your activity and help! Of course, we will continue to provide information about what is happening with us, whether there are already good conditions for cycling or running without skis. We are counting on your reports on Grupa Bieg Piastów on fb.
We move on! When the snows come down, we will invite you for a test runs of the course of the 11th Letni Bieg Piastów. On May 5, we will start registration for the 11 Letni Bieg Piastów and the 9 Rowerowy Bieg Piastów.
