The inhabitant of Jelenia Góra prepares to take part in daily marches from the Zabobrze estate, where he lives, to Góra Szybowcowa and to Jeżów Sudecki. At home, he practices on a ski simulator. He plans to start in KGHM Rodzinna 12 and in the 6 km. He will be accompanied by his family (all cross-country skiing), and he will certainly ski part of the distance in the company of his own granddaughters: 12-year Ola and 6-year Iga.

For example, about how the military guarded the skiers: - In 1961 I went to a sports camp in Jakuszyce. We lived in Bombaj (restaurant with rooms in Jakuszyce). We, the skiers, called it that. The restaurant in this building is still called that today. We ski next to her - in Polana Maliszewski. It was not allowed to go further. So we made a circle in this clearing and ski around it.
